Self-Adhered Waterproofing

Self-adhered waterproofing membrane is also referred to as "peel and stick" application. Self-adhering membrane consisting of a  rubberized asphalt compound integrally laminated to a HDPE film. This flexible membrane is designed to adhere to a prepared substrate to prevent lateral water movement. 

This product is ideal for both horizontal and vertical application and is an ideal choice for applications such as foundation walls, planters, retaining walls, terraces and tunnels. With no curing time required, this membrane can be immediately back-filled, making installation quick and easy. 

 Blind-Side Waterproofing

Pre-applied waterproofing membranes are products that are applied prior to the concrete pour. These products can be applied in a vertical or horizontal fashion, also known as blindside or underslab application. While blindside application is considered to be more complex, it can be chosen to reduce the amount of excavation necessary, often due to surrounding structures or nearby property lines. In either underslab or blindside application, these products are known for their superior performance and durability. 

 Hot Rubberized Waterproofing

Hot rubberized, fluid asphalt is formulated to provide a monolithic, fully bonded roofing and waterproofing membrane, it have proven to be versatile,flexible,durable and cost effective. 

This waterproofing system remain flexible in various temperatures,and is ideal for foundation walls and roof decks etc.

 Cold Applied Waterproofing  

Cold fluid applied waterproofing products are an ideal solution for applications where complete coverage with a sheet membrane is unlikely. These fluid membranes can be either single or plural component or they can be two coated and reinforced membranes. Fluid membranes can be applied with by spray, roller, squeegee or trowel to ensure total coverage. These products are suitable for both horizontal and vertical application. 

  Cementitious Waterproofing

  Cementitious waterproofing systems are the result of research and understanding of concrete's chemical and physical properties. Concrete is a porous material that will naturally allow the passage of water and other liquids.  More than forty years ago, researchers developed technology to transform concrete from a naturally permeable material to a waterproof barrier.  This type of application is ideal for reservoirs, sewage and water treatment plants, underground vaults, elevator pits, swimming pools and parking structures and  can be applied by brushing or with spray equipment for larger applications.
